- Instructor Qualifications
To become an instructor on Apex Virtual Education, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in the language of instruction
- Pass our instructor screening process, which includes a sample lesson evaluation
- Course Content Standards
3.1 Course Structure
- Courses must have a clear learning objective and be structured in a logical, easy-to-follow manner
- Each course should contain a minimum of 1 hour of video content, divided into digestible lessons
- Include supplementary materials such as quizzes, assignments, or downloadable resources
3.2 Video Quality
- Minimum resolution: 720p (1280×720)
- Clear audio without background noise
- Professional appearance and setting
3.3 Content Quality
- Content must be original, accurate, and up-to-date
- Plagiarism or copyright infringement will not be tolerated
- Regular updates to course content are encouraged to maintain relevance
- Commission Structure
4.1 Revenue Share
- Instructors receive 50% commission on each course sale
- The remaining 50% goes to Apex Virtual Education for platform maintenance, marketing, and customer support
4.2 Payout Schedule
- Commissions are paid out monthly
- Minimum payout threshold: £10
- Payments are made via direct deposit or PayPal on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings
- Instructor Responsibilities
- Respond to student questions within 48 hours
- Maintain and update course content regularly
- Adhere to Apex Virtual Education’s code of conduct and community guidelines
- Promote your courses through your own networks and social media channels
- Platform Support
Apex Virtual Education provides:
- Technical support for course creation and management
- Marketing and promotion of courses on the platform
- Student support services
- Termination
Apex Virtual Education reserves the right to terminate the instructor agreement for violations of this policy, consistently poor student feedback, or any actions that may harm the platform’s reputation.

This policy may be updated periodically. Instructors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the update
